This specialisation is designed to develop theoretical knowledge and practice in the area of Human Resource Management at an advance level.

• Studying 1 year for students:

• AQF level 8 bachelor honours or graduate diploma qualification in a related field or recognised equivalent, or
• Meet two of the following three criteria:
  • AQF level 7 bachelor's qualification in a related field or recognised equivalent
  • Two years relevant approved work experience, professional certification or other recognised prior learning
  • AQF level 7 bachelor's qualification or recognised equivalent with a WAM of 65

• Where specified for entry to this course, the following are considered related disciplines of prior study, relevant areas of work experience, professional certification, or other recognised prior learning:

• Retated disciplines for prior qualifications: Commerce, Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Management.
• Relevant prior work experience, professional certification, or other recognised learning: 2 years relevant work experience working in a business including experience in the financial and/or administrative aspects of a business or businesses.
• AQF level 7 bachelor's qualification or recognised equivalent

• Studying 2 year for students:

  Studying 1.5 year for students:

• AQF level 7 bachelor's qualification in a related field or recognised equivalent, or
• AQF level 7 bachelor's qualification or recognised equivalent, and two years relevant approved work experience, professional certification or other recognised prior learning
