Organisational psychologists work with people and organisations. They are experts in areas such as leadership and talent management, recruitment, performance management, occupational health and safety, change management and career development.

This course will provide you with the skills, knowledge and qualifications to work in a wide range of organisations such as consultancies, large companies and government departments. Upon graduation, you'll be eligible for registration with the Psychology Board of Australia.

ACCREDITATION

The degree is accredited by the Australian Psychology Accreditation Council and approved by the College of Organisational Psychologists. Completion of the Master of Organisational Psychology leads to registration as a psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia and endorsement as an organisational psychologist in Australia.
