    With the Master of Regulation and Compliance you’ll learn how to establish, implement and manage comprehensive compliance programs across a broad range of industries. You’ll discover how to identify key risks within businesses and gain an understanding of the contemporary regulatory and compliance environment in which business operates.

    Designed in conjunction with industry experts, this course will equip you to manage beyond compliance, through exposure to international best practice and cutting-edge regulatory technologies. You’ll also work on real-life case studies that offer practical insight into current regulatory issues that arise in the domestic and international context.

    The degree is tailored for flexibility and caters to your previous experience, with the option to study part-time or full-time. You can focus on one discipline or select from a range of discipline-specific regulation-orientated electives in the areas of: banking and financial services; sustainability and the environment; employment and human resources; global enterprise; artificial intelligence and new technologies; and ethics and risk management.

    You also have the opportunity to apply your knowledge practically through an international study tour or corporate project.

    Entry level 1 - 2 years

    • Applicants must have completed an Australian bachelor degree or an equivalent qualification and a minimum of two years relevant employment; OR
    • An Australian bachelor degree, or an equivalent qualification, with a weighted average mark (WAM) of 70.

    Entry level 2 - 1.5 years

    • Applicants must have completed an Australian bachelor degree, or an equivalent qualification, in a cognate discipline and a minimum of two years relevant employment; OR
    • An Australian bachelor degree, or an equivalent qualification, in a cognate discipline with a weighted average mark (WAM) of 70.

    Entry level 3 - 1 year

    • Applicants must have completed an Australian bachelor degree, or an equivalent qualification, in a cognate discipline and a minimum of five years relevant employment; OR
    • An Australian undergraduate honours degree, or an equivalent qualification, in a cognate discipline with a weighted average mark (WAM) of 70.

    AND a Statement of Purpose (1000 words maximum) demonstrates applicant’s motivation and academic skills required to successfully complete the program. Where deemed necessary the Course Director may also seek to interview an applicant.
