The Graduate Certificate of Communication provides students with an opportunity to acquire specialist knowledge and expand their skills in the ever-changing communications and media industries.

Communications and media are among the world's fastest-growing industries and are subject to rapid and continuous technological, political, economic and social change. You can choose from a wide range of units in Public Relations, Journalism, Digital Media, Television Production and Visual Communication Design to gain distinctive interdisciplinary and cross-disciplinary perspectives on these industries, taught by those expert and experienced in the field.

Following successful completion of the Graduate Certificate of Communication, you may choose to apply for credit to continue your studies in Deakin's Master of Communication.

Entry will be based on performance in:

• a Bachelor Degree in any discipline OR
• at least two years of relevant work experience (or part-time equivalent)
