Whilst the degree can be undertaken alone, the Graduate Diploma of Engineering Science is specifically designed as a pathway for science, environmental science or computing graduates to Griffiths Master of Professional Engineering. For aspiring engineers, the Master of Professional Engineering provides graduates with accredited qualifications to practise as an engineer in Australia or overseas. Students will base their selection of major in the Graduate Diploma of Engineering Science on the field of engineering they intend to study in the Master of Professional Engineering.
