AU35 Master of Finance Curtin University
The Master of Finance includes an in-depth examination of core financial principles, including portfolio management and financial statement analysis.
It provides specialised knowledge in financial derivative securities, financial modelling, international finance, international trade, mergers and acquisitions, economics, financial analysis and finance trading strategies.
You will study a range of specialist topics to suit your specific career goals, including investments, corporate finance, financial modelling and banking.
Note: This course differs from the Master of Commerce (Applied Finance), which is tailored towards graduates with minimal or no prior experience in accounting and is six months longer in full-time duration.

Graduates are eligible to apply as an Affiliate Member of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA).
Master of Finance has been accepted into the CFA Institute University Recognition Program. This status is granted to institutions whose degree program(s) incorporate at least 70% of the CFA Program Candidate Body of Knowledge (CBOK), which provide students with a solid grounding in the CBOK and positions them well to sit for the CFA exams.
A recognised bachelor degree or equivalent in the field of finance or a recognised bachelor degree with relevant work experience in the finance industry.
