You’ll focus on applying the principles of individual, group and organisational behaviour to the solution of problems at work.

As an MOrgPsych graduate you’ll be well-prepared for work in industry, consulting and government, and to pursue an academic pathway toward a PhD.

You must have:

Completed the requirements for an undergraduate degree or Graduate Diploma in Psychology.

OR

Completed the requirements for a Bachelors degree or Graduate Diploma in a relevant subject.

AND

Passed a course in research methods for Psychology.

In exceptional circumstances admission may be granted where a student has attained at least three years of extensive relevant, practical professional or scholarly experience equivalent to the requirements above.

Note: A relevant subject may be in business, education or health sciences.
