NZ02 Master of Property The University of Auckland
You will develop knowledge and skills across a range of property disciplines including management, development, finance and investment, valuation, market analysis, and marketing.
You will be exposed to advanced theoretical concepts surrounding property markets and develop the analytical skills required to engage with contemporary property issues.
You must have completed a Bachelor of Property or an undergraduate degree in a property-related discipline at a recognised university (or similar institution). You will need a GPE of 5.0 in the highest level of courses required for your undergraduate degree.
