• Completion of Bang Tot Ngiep Trung hoc Pho thong (Vietnam Upper Senior Secondary Graduation Diploma) with 8 out of 10 in their Secondary School Leaving Examination, (SSLE), (Thi Tot Nghiep Pho thong Trung hoc). OR
• Successful completion of one year’s study at a recognised tertiary institution.
